Haemorrhoids please help

I am having small itchy bumps on my anal area lately. This is causing itching and pain . It is not bleeding though but still gives pain. Please advise.

This could be an external haemorrhoid/ or external opening of a fistula. If it is an external haemorrhoid, it will resolve in one week spontaneously. If it is a fistula, it will open and discharge pus. This one need surgical treatment.
