Haemorrhoids during pregnancy
I am 4 months pregnant this is my second pregnancy ..I am having piles problems from 2 -3 days ..it occurred during my 3rd mnth but soon went away ..I consulted gastroenterologist and he prescribed an ointment Anovate ...but now this problem is still effecting ..I thought it would go away but it is not ..I started iron tablets and soon after taking them the piles arous again..are these tablets causing piles ?

Iron tablet can constipation in some women, which can cause Hemorrhoids.Try changing to different iron preparation. Pregnancy hormones can cause constipation. Better to take atleast 3 litres of water, high fibre diet, Plenty of whole fruits/Salad, Milk. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. If not corrected you can take over the counter lactulose Syrup as well. But try natural methods and if they are not working then only start medicine
