Haemoglobin level is low
Hi respected doctors, I am 30 yrs old lady having ibs(D) pcod with weight changes, diabetic (fasting-114) hba1c 6.9 uric acid 6.2 hb 10.9 and I m on medication since two yrs almost(anti depressants) too so my question is how can I increse my hb even though talking ferrous capsules plz tell dont ask me to consult again plz your little advice would be appreciated thnks in advance

HB 10.9 is fairly well. Exercise for 45 mts preferably deep breathing cardio toning exercise for 30 mts and 15 mts of stretching. With IBS PCOD and Diabetes you need to take more of fibre food high protein low fat and low carbohydrates diet . 3 hrly small frequent meals. HB target to be 11.5 max
