Haemoglobin is always low 10 to 11
Female 28year ,married and have a baby 3years. recently faced issue with irregular period and bleeding issues. Consulted nearby doctor and went through ugc and ct scan of pelvic which shows: Well defined collection seen in the rectouterine pouch and extending towards left adnexa measuring ~ 10.5 x 10 x 9.1 cm sized with displacement of the uterus towards anterior aspect and which appears placing the ovary eccentrically. Findings are s/o- peritoneal inclusion cyst. Uterus and right adnexa normal. Can anyone suggest the next step ? Currently she is having some anti biotic
