Haemangioma of Newborn baby.
My child had a birth mark on his right hand, which was earlier plain and after 15 Days the mark was inflamed. I consulted a doctor and it said that it is haemangioma. And it will get disappeared after some time. But I am a bit concerned, please advice as it is around 2 inches in size. I have attached two photo one at time of its birth and one after 15 Days

It should subside at its own but in case it is increasing paediatric surgeon opinion is needed for cauterization or cryosurgery
