Had TIA mini stroke in may

Asked for Female, 66 Years

Lost right eye vision suddenly for 8 to 10 minutes n came back slowly. In emergency all test were done n with God's grace all was ok. It was then declared as mini stroke, a warning for me. So started with ecosprin 150mg n atrovas 10 mg. Now suggested to take 20mg. Can I take 5mg 4 tablets as I already have purchased them for 4 months. Is there any chance of having another such stroke.
