Had sex and got a bad period now In pain

I last had unprotected sex last Month a few days before my period and my period came on time with a heavy flow. However the next month I have been getting really bloated and been constipated with a painful uterus and sometimes stabbing pains. I’m due on my period in a few days. Should I be worried about pregnancy or something else?
