She should take medicine regularly. Repeat Thyroid profile every 3mths. If Thyroid profile is not normal then more chances of infertility, miscarriage ,premature delivery  and mentally retarded baby.

She has the same chances of getting pregnant with a healthy baby as other people as long as her thyroid levels and the control TSH preconceptionally should be less than 2.5 TSH levels should be monitord every 45 days in pregnancy
