Habbit of measuring sp02 multiple times
Hi doctor, I am getting mad day by day. I have completed total 50 day since I got covid . My recent chest x ray is also complete normal. But because of fear of lung fibrosis, I am measuring my sp02 30 times in day. Sometime it shows 98 and sometime goes down to 95( but seatle it to 97 after 1 min). I am getting so scared that I measuring sp02 in midnight. I ran for 6 min and then I measure..... it comes around 97-98. I clime 4th floor....then measures...it comes around 97... but still dear of fibrosis...Could not able to live normal life. I do not know what to do??. Please please read my question properly then one can understand mine situation... Please suggest...
