My blood sugar level in fasting is 105 & after meal is 122 but my ha1bc showing 7.2% is that mean i am having diabetis ? If yes then what should i do now i have tested all these because i have UTI issue few days back.

Yes you have diabetes. Only thing is you are still young so will require to be monitored as it may be type 1. Requires treatment as you also have a UTI.
