H pylori and acidity
Medicines prescribed: for Ist week Pantoprazole : 40 Mg x 2 times /day amoxcilin 1000 mg x 2 times / day For 2nd Week Pantoprazole 40 mg x 2 times /day Metronidazole 500 mg x 2times / day Clarithromycin 500 mg x 2 times x day These are the medicines prescribed. I had heat burn in stomach which then lead to ulcer and tary stools. The blood test for H pylori came positive and the above medicines has been prescribed. My question is it necessary totake all these antibiotics? Do they have side effects? please advise..

Continue with the prescribed medications.... Follow instructions givem by your Physician....
