Gynic related. My doubts are clarified!

Hello Doctor! I have few questions to get clarified ...hope my doubts are clarified thanks in advance Problem is am unable to conceive...am unable to know if am not tracking the ovulation dates correctly or something needs to be evaluated.,.it's been five years in the first six months got a healthy preg but unfortunately we ourself terminated by medicle abortion and after two years I got pregnancy but ended up in early pregnancy failure- Blighted ovum so terminated by D and C My periods are regular few months back we both had the tests and my scans were normal except prolactin it's 33 so used course for it too and my hus sperm cells are _95percent ..3-4 pus cells, 2-3 epithelial cells written as normal study...Do we need any further investigations pls help
