I missed my period for nearly two months, i had home pregnancy test at home. But the result came negative.

If pregnancy test is negative then certainly u are suffering from harmonal imbalance,PCOs , thyroid etc which causes no periods ,we suggest u get these checked by a blood test and an ultrasound lower abdomen,for more details on this u may get back to us.
