Is there any associated white or clear fluid discharge? Does your intimate area become red/swollen? Seems to be a fungal infection. Need to start on oral Antifungal medications along with local vaginal ointment or vaginal pessery. Wear lose clothes Clean up groin area Maintain hygiene
