I am Brahma Nanda Majhi We want to become parents but due to medical difficulties unable to do so. She missed a mensuration period and bleed in two months. but on medicine, the period becomes normal monthly wise. my sperm counting is 60% she is some thyroid symptoms and uses medicine for that. Pls tell me where we go for some positive results
