Gynecologist
I gave birth to my second child on 8 jan 2021. My bp was normal throughout pregnancy. It was a csec delivery. But one of the regular visit to my gynecologist after deliver (4days) my bp reading came 130/100. My gyne asked me to monitor bp at home.. It came at the range of 143/96 144/97 . Is it a normal condition of high bp becoz I had a major operation of csec. Will it resolve with time. ? Do I need medication. Is it a serious issue? Please.guide

According to your height, your BMI is high. And it is advisable to go for medications and start diet and exercise. Which can help you come out of medication once your BP comes to normal by diet and medicines.
