Iam having pcod-45+ days cycle On 18th day of my cycle I gt cramps on right side abdomen and pelvic pain for 4-5 minutes post that after 15-20 minutes i got mild anal spotting without any pain ir discomfort We intercoursed on 8 & 9 th day of my cycle Can it be a ovulation cramp or implantation cramp and spotting ?? I never gt spotting before And is anal bleeding possible in case of implantation?? I dont hv piles/ constipation/ etc..
