51days later my hcg level 50000 and 48 hrs later it is 32000.any problem?doctor says it miscarriage.

In normal pregnancy usually hcg level become double after 48 hours but in your case it's level is coming down means something wrong get one ultrasonography so picture will be clear . According to you pregnancy is of 6 weeks.
