My wife is going through a folliculometry.The doctor today says that She has a small elongated cystic sol(31×29)seen in adnexal region adjacent to left ovary?Is it something serious or malignant?She has also the left fallopian tube dilated...Plz help

This SOL could be due to an adnexal mass or dilatation of fallopian tube which could be due to adhesions , endometriosis , hydrosalpinx.
U should undergo either a laproscopic surgery or further investigation to rule out tuberculosis too
