Gynecological consultation. Test.

Hello, I had unprotected sex on last Thursdays. And again i had sex after 2 days means on Sunday. after word I feel little bit nervous and after sex within 24 hrs I feel pain on left side ovary area. today in dinner time I got dizziness. yesterday i had concern my doctor for general purpose she told me my thyroid gland feel little bit harden that's why she suggested me do it blood test.. thyroid test and today I have done test and got a report. its getting normal. also in 2 days my left breast feel tighten and tender or little bit swollen well I don't want to get pregnant now. is that the symptoms of pregnancy..? and if it is then now what to do..? or just this is happening because I'm getting tensed or thinking too much about pregnancy unconsciously that's why this is happening?? my period started at 5 aug. so..shall take I pill now or do it pregnancy test..? please tell me doc what to do.
