It's either a cervical erosion ,which means ur Uterine mouth is abraded or eroded due to which every sexual contact or masturbation shows bleeding.
Get an ultrasound done or an internal examination to confirm on that.
Ultrasound will also rule out for any other pathology or disease too if u are having.
