I am 25 years old. I am having my periods twice in a month. The second period occurred just after 7 days of my regular period cycle. What are the reasons for this?

Irregular bleeding cn be due to pregnancy ,polyps , medications , hormonal imbalance ,stress , thyroid disorders. Pcos , fibroids etc.. Do an ultrasound pelvis and then consult directly for further management
