Gynaecomastia probably
I'm 16 years old and my right nipple has been a lot puffier than my left nipple usually men's nipples are flat and have a little dot in the middle but that isn't the case with me
My right nipple really bludges out and the left one is just soft and flat
I came across gynaecomastia but I don't think that's the case
It's been like this for 3-4 yrs
