Gynaecomastia
One of my chest is little abnormal in size as I find. I have read about gynecomastia. When I press or touch that part of my chest I feel little piercing type of pain. I also have less facial hair. I have this problem for more than 5 years. Recently I found it paining upon touch and noticed the abnormality. I don't know how to handle this. I am thin too.
