Gynaecology pregnancy query

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am 16 weeks 5 days pregnant and my BP came as 130/50. Normally it always varies between 110 -120/70-80...it has never gone beyond this, irrespective of pregnancy. Should I be concerned?
