Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am in my third trimester now. I had 2 miscarriages earlier. I got thyroid problem after my pregnancy got confirmed. The APLA test results are negative. I have no other problem other than thyroid. Can I have a normal delivery or Do I have the chances for C section?
