I am having pricking type of pain in breasts around areola from 7 days and mostly back pain .My period was about to come on 1st of June but it didn't.I am not taking any medication.Please suggest what to do or if any test is required.

Get a urine test, if it's negative, wait for a week, still bleeding doesn't come you can take tablets for withdrawal bleeding. Pain in breast is mostly pre menstrual
