She has Itching on major labia downside and also burning sensation there( sometimes due to itching feels like needles poking into skin and also like skin been cut) . Some days before also have white discharge in curd like consistency. Expected period to come in 4-5 days from start of this itching. She is using now clotrimazole cream three times a day and an antifungal powder.. Suggest  the treatment of this itching and also reasons of this why does this occur frequently and how long will it take to cure.

avoid clotrimazole improve hygine if ur genitalia with betadine lotion, if it increase after Sex both partners r needed to evulate & treatment
