Gynaecologist Issues - My Wife Is Having Issue Related To Her

My wife is having issue related to her period , she is 30 year old with breastfeeding a 20 month baby . She is getting her period in every two week from last 2-3 month bleeding is normal but she is having lower left abdominal pain, headache and irritability which is unusual ,as in she doesn't get this symptoms in her normal period cycle. She got her last period on 3 April before that 18 march. Please suggest.
