Yes madam u can take second dose of vaccine even you are pregnant..... Of very recent vaccination HaS been approved even for pregnant ladies.... So take care. ... Stay safe

As per the gov guidelines, covid vaccine are not allowed for pregnant women. So my recommendation is take the 2nd dose and then plan for pregnancy.
