I am planning to conceive. Before periods, I get symptoms like heaviness in breasts, body pain and lower back pain. These Symptoms are confusing. Can such thing be observed in early pregnancy also ?? When i get such symptoms I get disappointed that periods will come. Pl clear my doubt whether early pregnancy symptoms and PMS is similar

Hi...Some symptoms are overlapping. But suspect pregnancy only if you miss your period.
