Gynaecologist - How Long Hcg 5000 Injection To Be Taken During

How long hcg 5000 injection to be taken during pregnancy? I m on my 11th week of pregnancy. Doctor advised to take till 12 weeks. But if i have injection next two days on empty stomach i m puking stomach juice(yellow vomit). Can i stop the injection? Or should i take one more shot?
