Madam my periods on July 25th and after 20 days later little bit bleeding occur then one doctor suggest me novelon 21 tablets I use 15 tablets then pregnancy confirmed today i stopped novelon after 3 or 4 days can I have bleeding because of novelon stoped

You cannot have bleeding of stopping novelon . If it bleeds it might be because of pregnancy complication hence forth be careful .
