Hi, I am 45 years old. I am experiencing an irregular menstrual cycle since last May. And during periods, I observe only spotting. In October, when I did sonography, the report said "Bulky uterus with uterine fibroids of 10mm noted. Otherwise normal ultrasound examination of the abdomen noted."
So by taking Menosan tablets can I overcome the effects of menopause like irregular heart beat, disturbed sleep, tingling feeling, etc.? Please help...thank you
