My doctor told my wife have PCOS we are married for 2 years and never conceived, doctor said it is because of PCOS, other reports are normal , I want to know is it serious problem, she never gone concive.

No it's not a serious issue. In fact with minimal treatment pcos patient conceive easily.

Infertility due to PCOS is the most common cause of infertility. The infertility is mainly due to anovulation . When the women is not able to ovulate . But the good news is it’s the treatable cause of infertility.
Next Steps
If the other cause of infertility have been excluded . Then life style changes and ovulation induction will help in conceiving .
