Hello, it is excellent that you are starting your fitness journey at 18. I have reviewed your Lipid Profile. While your Total Cholesterol is normal, your LDL (Bad Cholesterol) is borderline high and your HDL (Good Cholesterol) is quite low. This means we must be very strategic with your vegetarian diet. As a vegetarian, you can certainly build muscle using Paneer, Soya, Lentils, and Greek Yogurt. Regarding Whey Protein, it is generally safe and effective for muscle synthesis when taken in prescribed amounts, provided you choose a high-quality, lab-tested brand without hidden additives.
