Is itching associated with curdy white discharge?
Is are around vagina red/swollen?
Any history of abdominal pain?
It's probably vaginal candidiasis.
Need to start on

Canesten ointment
Vaginal wash
Wear lose under garments
Clean up pubic area
Maintain hygiene
