Its a gastritis because of overproduction of acid reflux back into esophageal area leads to belching, burping and feeling bloated
Next Steps

Frequent belching and bloating for a few months is usually due to acidity, gas, or digestion-related issues. It may be due to functional problems like IBS, but it is not always due to gut dysbiosis. Common causes include acidity, gastritis, swallowing excess air, irregular food habits, stress, or food intolerance. Try the following: • Eat on time and avoid overeating • Reduce tea, coffee, spicy and oily food • Avoid carbonated drinks • Eat slowly and chew well • Reduce stress
