Gum ulcer promblem
Hi am male 26 .I ve yellow patch with red border ulcer and it's painless.i observed yesterday...the ulcer is present on the upper gum line..I don't smoke r drink.i don't ve broken teeth n I don't ve wisdom tooth promblem..

If the ulcer is large and yellow it was likely caused by trauma.cold sores inside the mouth tend to be very numerous and spread around the gum, toung, throat and inside the check.if fever is present it may be herpes simplex infection
