There's a pain in my gum which turns severe sometimes during the course of a day. Feeling this from past 2 days now. Any ways to know if this is any normal condition or needs treatment?

Difficult to say what this could be because of unless checked out clinically. Could be an. Infection, wisdom tooth issue (if back of the gums) or underlying tooth issue. Will need to visit a dentist to get a clearer picture. Remember this- no pain is normal. Especially if it's severe pain so will definitely need some medication or treatment and a visit to the dentist will determine more.
