Gum pain and something is stuck in throa

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had stomach problem from last two months and i have been eating medicines for that and i was feelinng ok but i get constipated many times. Now from past 5 days i feel something is stuck in my throat and now lumps are on my tongue and i have jaw pain idk what has happend to . Please suggest me which doctor i shud consult for this .
