Gum and Tummy issue

My son is 4months 3 weeks old..he is very keen to put hands in mouth, he is happy to press his gums against fingers. Also from yesterday whenever he passes gas it comes with stool. He did 3-4times with yellowish potty. And he did twice today also. We had given colicaid drops yesterday and today morning. Does he need teether,if yes then which one. Pls suggest further. Thanks..

This habit of putting hands in mouth is normal for his age.....nothing to worry about Also 3-4 times stool frequency is normal No need of any teether or any medication for this
