Hi , I had gone through RCt of molar teeth 4 years ago. And now I am feeling slight pain or discomfort or kind of stiff pain under gum .. Upon checking through local doctor I got the x ray and it shows as it is... He advised me for re- RCT... Should I need to go with it again ? Bcz I am literally anxious on that

Your local dentist is right. This tooth is re-infected and needs Re-RCT. There is pathology below your tooth inside the bone due to infection seeping from the infected canal. Your previous RCT seems incomplete. Please DO NOT get the tooth extracted. It will completely heal once the infection has been taken care of well.
Next Steps
Visit an endodontist

As per x ray, your tooth is infected. Even with Re-RCT chances of saving tooth is not good(as there is furcation involvement alongwith large periapical lesion). Better Visit a local Endodontist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required)
