Such problems with balancing are common in old age people.  It usually happens due to degerative changed in brain and spinal cord.  Of course we need to investigate to exactly tell what he has. However he can be helped with Homeopathy treatment.   Homeopathic treatment is given based upon the symptoms. Consult me or a nearby homeopath.
