Guidance about USG report
Age - 18 Weight - 75 kg Height - 5'6" Symptoms: Her period continues for about 20 days for the last three months, bloating and severe pain in the initial days of the period, loss of appetite. Suggested: Lower abdomen USG, TSH, T4, T3. Blood parameters are all normal. I've attached the USG report. Please have a look and guide me accordingly. Thanking you. Regards.

Ultrasound is suggestive of pcos her only treatment to get regular periods would be to exercise and reduce weight till then she can be put on hormones to make her period regular
