Growth related issue

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My son Ishan (16 month old) doesn't eat properly. He always rubs his right eye. He is 8.6 kg and has four teeth (two each either side). He has just started walking with support but can't speak full words properly yet. We are giving him medicines 1) Polibion 2) Uprise D3 and 3) Aquasol 4000 (4 caps once or in four days) after six months gap. Kindly guide us.

Needs completele physical examination and investigation. But in general,at this age, stop breastfeeding and bottle feeds if given and give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day including curds and bananas in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home. Supplements have no role in healthy growth,unless there's lack of vitamins and minerals in the diet.
