Groin pain ,scrotal pain,lower back pai

Asked for Male, 20 Years

One day I mastubrated and after that day my left testicle and left groin started to pain. After some medication it was gone for sometimes but again the groin pain, testicle pain and lower back pain came back. When I mastubrate the pain remains for a week. And the pain is in scrotum not in testicle I can feel
