Groin, back, stomach pain

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Starting last Saturday I felt a lump on my left testicule. Then on Sunday I felt nothing but had a sharp pain in my stomach and right hip. Then on Thursday my left testicule started to hurt some. On Friday it hurt most the day. This Saturday it hurt enough that I came home and rested all day. Today it's fine but my lower back is hurting and stomach
