Don't use gripe water/janam gutti /honey to ur baby  It's of no use  It may cause infection to baby   Hence always better to avoid.  No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed.   Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.  It will help.

Hi.. The peak age for infantile colic is 3-4 weeks to 3-4 months age. If baby is too irritable due to colic. Ie . More than 3 hours of excessive crying everyday only , you can so these things for relief -- 1) practice tummy time 40 minutes a day... in this time, just put the child prone (ults litaiye pet ke bal) 10 minutes before feed time. Do this 4 times a day. This helps to expel excess gas in tummy and also helps in good motor development. 2) practice proper burping after each feed. To help expel gas 3) can try colicaid drops 0.5 ml thrice a day for 1 2 days 4) when child is irritable, keep in minimally stimulating environment. For soothing, try rocking and use white noise from youtube or in play store app. 5) gripe water comes last in the ladder for managing colic Ps - have to understand that colic is a normal adaptation every baby has to growing up and feeding. Dont worry for it. It will reduce with age.
