Grey/black tongue in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi I am 8 weeks pregnant and i noticed my tongue has turned black and lower lip also has patches of black I am taking progesterone, lonopin 40 and ecospirin. I have really bad indigestion and loss of appetite. My gynaecologist has no idea why my tongue has turned black. Please advise
